Shipping policy

We shall endeavour to ship all completed and paid for orders within 48hrs. We will Use Royal Mail 1st. Class Recorded service. A signature to prove delivery may be required.

If a product becomes unavailable or out of stock after an order is placed we shall notify the purchaser as quickly as possible to offer an alternative or a refund. Refunds through our merchant service providers may take between 5-10 working days to show back in your account.

Bespoke and special order item may take longer to ship. We shall notify you of approximate shipping times for these products.
