Refund policy

Paw-Ridge is committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy but we also know that there may be a time when you need to return something you've bought.

Returning toys, clothing, accessories
Unwanted items can be returned for full refund provided they are unused within 30 days of purchase in original/ undamaged packaging, i.e. a saleable condition and with a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
Refunds will be given using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Refunds will not be made for goods which have been treated/used in a way which is not deemed acceptable. This include goods which have miss treated or have been chewed by dogs.

Returning food, medication, treats & made to order items
No refunds or exchanges will be given on personalised goods, e.g. pet id tags and medication / health and hygiene products unless they are faulty.

Returning faulty products
If a product is faulty or damaged, providing there is no dispute over cause of defect, we'll give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund on provision of a valid receipt.
