As well as training Dogs for more than two decades, I am a self confessed 'Product Snob'!

When I became the proud owner of my first Gundog (Wilma the Cocker) more than 13 years ago I recognised that the equipment required was quite different from what I had previously used with my 'Pet' dogs. I struggled to find really good quality gear. It was from this point I started to manufacture my own slip leads, training lines etc.

With a background in manufacturing I was able to source the best materials to produce first class equipment here in our workshop in Glasgow, Scotland.

Our workshop is equipped with various types of machinery which enables us to apply an array of manufacturing techniques from crimping to stitching.

We dont use cheap cords that 'bounce' and fray nor do we use components that rust. We use only the best cords and ropes from the worlds leading Climbing Rope manufactures. We are also the first Slip Lead manufacturer to develop a unique low friction CNC routed, aluminium thimble which is used specifically on our '5mm and 6mm Trial Slip Leads (Patent Pending). Everyone who uses them...loves them!

Everything we sell has been thoroughly tried and tested with my own eight dogs (from Cockers to Wire Vizslas). We don't sell anything that isn't used daily by ourselves and our friends and colleagues in the Gundog world and beyond.
